Inspired directly from the unofficial fan favourite game from the franchise Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil Village takes the player through several areas each with their own lore and characters to delve into. With a change to a first-person shooter and a playable main character the majority of fans do not prefer characters from earlier games, and a divide in the review was present. However, with amazing game design and visuals to match, Village turned into a fun-filled ride of distinct character after character.
With 6 key areas and characters immersed in them, Ethan Winters (the main playable character) has to trudge his way to rescue his daughter. Attacked by BSAA captain Chris Redfield, different stories collide and some characters aren’t all that they seem to be.
